About Us
Meet Hannah Won
Hannah transitioned into real estate in 2017 after spending seven years in both Virginia and Massachusetts teaching grades prekindergarten through second grade. From a young age, she worked for her family’s local nonprofit, the Bluemont Concert Series, doing everything from setting up sound equipment to coordinating city-wide events.
Hannah’s background in event coordination and teaching prepared her well for the dynamic and fast-paced world of real estate. She savors the process of getting to know each client and home well enough to bring their story to life, whether that’s creating captivating marketing for a home she’s selling, or negotiating for her buyer’s offer to be accepted. A native to the northern Virginia and Eastern Panhandle regions, Hannah loves helping buyers explore community spots in each town, like coffee shops or great hikes.
Hannah grew up in a 1910 farmhouse and has a great love of historic homes, Hoover Dam, and Hawaiian pizza!
Meet Kristin Crockett
Kristin joined Pearson Smith as a realtor after working as an attorney for nearly twelve years in both the public and private sectors. She brings her vast experience in negotiations and having a keen eye for smallest details to her clients in the real estate world. Kristin prides herself on providing her clients a smooth experience. While curveballs can’t be avoided in real estate, you can rest assured that Kristin has already prepared for nearly every possible scenario before it even happens, it’s just in her nature.
Kristin is a Loudoun County resident. When not working, she loves spending time with her husband and their two children.
She also loves reality television, knows her pop culture, is pro pumpkin spice lattes, and anti-Hawaiian pizza!
